Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing SABANNGA Thai Therapy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these terms: Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the duration of your treatment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. However, you will still be charged the full price of the booked appointment. No-show Policy: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a charge for the full price of the appointment. Payment: Payment for appointments is due at the time of booking or prior of the treatment, as specified by SABANNGA Thai Therapy. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. Health and Safety: It is important to inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatments based on your health status to ensure your safety. Changes to Bookings: SABANNGA Thai Therapy reserves the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to therapist availability, equipment failure, or emergencies. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. By booking an appointment with SABANNGA Thai Therapy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
